Bidders participating in physical tenders were trained to simulate the same process in the electronic mode. Over a period of time, the electronic mode was found very easy and simple and the switch over to electronic mode was welcomed by the vendor community in a huge way,” adds Kumar.
Antares’ integrated e-procurement solution getsdelivered acrossthe departments in both centralized and de-centralized mode. Basedona SaaS model, this solution has its infrastructure facilities, including the data centre, provided and maintained entirely by Antares. The solution has been adopted extensively by Governments of Bihar, Madhya Pradesh, Goa, Punjab and CPWD that has been appreciated. To enable Bidders to participate in an e-Auction with ease, the company provides e-AuctionWizard - a multi-user web-based auction software system that enables departments to realize maximum value from their auctions. This online system provides information about all aspects of e-selling with detailed sales notices and online Bidder registrations.
Antares' latest product offering provides a platform for organizations to collect and manage the payment instruments for their services. Riding on this platform, the organizations can set up a system that manages the customer payments for their services or products.“We are developing systems after thorough research so that our products are not only good for today but for several years down the line and the proof of it is our e-procurement product itself,” concludes Kumar.
