IndusInd Bank launches a Customer-centric Video Conference facility Video Branch

Mumbai: The new-generation Indian private sector lender, IndusInd Bank introduced a new service entitled Video Branch. The new customer-friendly service enables the customers to get their doubts and works cleared by the bank staff via video conferencing facilities. 

Established in 1994, the IndusInd Bank offers commercial, transactional and electronic banking products and services. This retail specialist has its offices in Mumbai, New Delhi and Chennai. The bank also has 2 representative offices each in London and Dubai.

With the theme of Responsive Innovation, IndusInd bank has produced many products and services for the benefit of its customers. The new service Video Branch is one such example that offers innovative and unique banking experience to all customers. The Video Branch makes the work of FD booking, RTGS, NEFT & funds transfer easy. IndusInd Bank customers can now do all the transactions they do at a bank branch without going to it, right from the comfort of their office or home using the Video Branch App. By simply downloading the Video Branch app from Google Play Store or Apple App Store, the customers can get connected with the bank.

 IndusInd Bank Video Branch is a 24x7 unique innovative service allowing customers to interact Face-to-Face with their bank branch using their desktop, tablet or smart phone. Commenting on the development, Sumant Kathpalia, Head – Consumer Banking, IndusInd Bank says, “Digitisation is the future of banking and we are hopeful that the new service will be immensely useful to all our customers”. The new facility is made available to all existing and new customers of IndusInd Bank.
